The beds, linens, and bathrooms were spotless and very good quality, and the facilities themselves are beautiful. Breakfast was varied, substantial, and very good. The staff welcomed us warmly and looked after us attentively, especially Don Gerardo (the manager) and Don Moisés (the multifaceted right-hand man) haha! They really made us feel at home. The hotel is in a quiet part of the Ensenada area of Puerto Varas, close to beautiful places. A forest trail gives you private access to a lovely little beach with a view of the Osorno volcano. We're sincerely grateful for everything. 100% recommended.

The food was amazing, especially the salmon with rustic potatoes and dessert. The hostel had a lovely, friendly feel, and the owners run it themselves. Highly recommended.

Way too expensive for what you get. The walls are like cardboard, so you hear everything, and there's no insulation. I could see the sky through the roof.
