We stayed in November 2025 and found the hostel quiet and easy to access in Punta Arenas. The staff were kind, and the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was very good for the price, with ham, cheese, cereal, coffee, and more. Good value here.

I arrived at the hostel at the end of March 2025, and after lying on the bed for about an hour, I found several bedbugs. The owner gave my payment back and I left. It was a really unpleasant experience. I hope they disinfected the whole house, and wish them luck, but be careful.

The reception and breakfast room feel almost like a museum, with all the souvenirs from the Strait of Magellan and the sailors. The hostel has an old-school feel, which is part of its charm, and the host was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was generous, and the city center is an easy walk away.
