The walls let through a bit of noise, but everything else was really nice. The staff were helpful, too.

You can hear everything going on in the hallways, so the acoustics could use some work. Apart from that, the location, service, and cleanliness were excellent.

Virginia, the owner, is such a sweetheart and was always looking out for everyone. Don Jorge was wonderful with his service and hospitality. We hadn't expected to end up here, since we'd booked somewhere else and it wasn't very good. After a long, tiring trip, they received us with so much kindness. Thank you again, highly recommended!

The front desk always had someone there, which matters a lot when you need information quickly. The owner was very friendly, and the gentleman at reception was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and you can walk straight to the plaza and explore without driving. 10/10. I'd come back whenever I visit Santa Cruz.
