We slept well in the comfortable beds, and the rooms had roomy bathrooms, working AC, and a coffee maker with good vacuum-sealed coffee for a pot (those who know…know). For the price, the rooms are good. The hotel is on a quiet, safe-feeling street, within walking distance of the lively shopping and nightlife areas. Staff were friendly and professional, and booking and check-in and check-out were easy. The front desk team and maids were really nice. There’s no elevator, so two or three floors could be difficult for some people. Rooms may feel tight for more than two or three guests, though families can get larger ones. I’d visit again, and hope to. Thank you…✌🏽💗🙏🏽

This was my fourth stay at Los Españoles, the original location on Los Españoles, rather than the new one on Santa Maria. The neighborhood is quiet, though there are plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. The desk staff are extremely helpful, breakfast is good, and the service and location are superb.

The room and bed were clean, the price was reasonable, and the location is handy, just a few blocks from Mall Costanera. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when the internet failed, and they did get it working again by the following afternoon. Still, with the connection dropping on two of my four nights, morning calls and work were a challenge for me as a business traveler. Hot water wasn’t very hot, and if I waited until around 7:40-8:00 am to shower, it ran out. It seemed that was when everyone got up, and the tanks may not be large enough for all the rooms. There was no coffee until 7 am, and no hot water pot in the room or lobby. In hotels I’ve stayed at over the past five years in the US and abroad, there’s usually at least a small coffee or hot water pot in the room, and many offer free coffee through the night and morning. Hotel Los Espanoles didn’t have that. My stay wasn’t bad, just less comfortable than I’d hoped.

Everything except the TV and mini fridge seemed quite old. The rooms need newer appliances, and that’s the only reason I’m not giving this place five stars.
