The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was a good buffet. It's a simple hotel, but the area feels rather dangerous, with lots of people hanging around on the streets. It works for a night or two, or if you need to catch a train at the nearby station, but I wouldn't recommend staying longer.

The room, breakfast, and staff were all OK. But be warned, the location is very dangerous. My phone was stolen, though we tracked it with Find My iPhone and got it back from the thief 😂. Seriously, don't go out after sunset. The metro is packed and there are lots of thieves. Watch out.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the rates were reasonable. It's handy for the main bus stations, and a short rideshare gets you to downtown attractions and offices. Getting a rideshare to the airport was easy, and we got there very quickly. The area can feel a bit sketchy at night, but we were going to an event at Matucana 100, so staying closer worked well.

The location worked for me. It’s outside Providencia but still in Santiago, with Lider about a 10-minute walk away, a major mall across the street, and two Starbucks within a 10-minute walk. The area feels a little sketchy, though it gets a lot of traffic, and the price reflects the location. I enjoyed my time here. The hotel itself is great: clean, with parking in a garage underneath, a good desk for working, and a cool restaurant in the building.

The hotel is clean and nice, and the main train station is just a 5-minute walk away. I booked without doing much homework because of that, and really regretted it. Apparently, the areas west of downtown aren't good. Pickpocketing and snatching were common. At the subway station, we saw around a dozen security guards and six police officers patrolling with machine guns. I'd strongly recommend staying in east Santiago, which is much nicer and safer.
