The location is good, in a nice historic area, but the property photos seem to be from 2-3 years ago and don't reflect what the place is actually like. Communication was difficult because the host doesn't speak English well, especially with native English-speaking guests. The rooms are quite small, and prices feel high, particularly with breakfast costing extra.

The owners were so friendly, and the simple, homey place made me feel at ease. I spent three days there and couldn't have asked for a better stay. It's a little remote, but I still think it's worth it. If I'm back in Valpo, I'd stay again. Best regards, Claudio.

The breakfasts were generous and delicious, and the rooms have balconies. There's also a terrace looking out over the ocean and free Wi-Fi throughout. The building is lovely, with a beautiful view, and it sits in the military neighborhood, a very safe area, only a block and a half from the bus stop. Claudio, the owner, is thoughtful and attentive, which made the stay feel welcoming.

The view over the sea, city, and port was lovely, especially at night, and the typical Valparaíso elevator runs outside. It's a peaceful, safe location, with clean, hygienic bathrooms and excellent service. I really loved staying here. A couple of small suggestions: guests should have their own room keys, with the receptionist keeping a spare in case one is lost. They could also pay closer attention to changing the sheets. Just constructive feedback.

The beds were clean, the hygiene was excellent, and the pier view was the best. Don Claudio was fantastic, and the whole place had such a warm, pleasant feel. Everything was exquisite. I'd come back a thousand times and recommend it 100%! 👌🏻
