Francisco made it easy to enjoy the little town, even arranging tours for us at no extra cost. We had such a relaxing stay at Ahopiedra. It’s a simple place, best for people who love nature and don’t need fancy extras. We’re already looking forward to coming back with the whole family.

We loved coming back to these cabins for a second visit, and I’d gladly return again. They’re cozy and feel just right for the valley. Don Francisco was so attentive and kind, and we enjoyed spending time with him. He even let us see his telescope and told us about it, which I really appreciated. The setting is quiet, but Vicuña’s downtown and several attractions are nearby. It works just as well for a few restful days as it does for an adventure trip.

A lovely, peaceful spot for unwinding, and the owners are just as charming. The cabins have distinctive architecture, the pool is wonderful, and the climate is exquisite. Everything felt beautiful.

We arrived to a very warm welcome from the owner. Our cabin was clean, attractive, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Nights were quiet, and the setting was phenomenal, with Vicuña and the inland valley close by. We had a wonderful stay and recommend it wholeheartedly.
