I'm from the Coquimbo Region (Region IV), and on our last trip to southern Chile we were lucky enough to stay at Cabañas Pétalos Villarrica while visiting Villarrica, Pucón, and the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable, and were impressed by both the place and the service. Pamela and her husband are very kind and take real care with their service. The welcoming property is near many points of interest. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and heated. Our late arrival and early departure were no trouble at all. The owners were always available.

A great place to relax, with a beautiful view and cabins that are really well equipped. The service and attention were excellent, and it’s so peaceful that I’d definitely return. I’ll be back.

The cabins are lovely and well equipped, and the garden was the best part of the place. But I had a really bad experience with the owner. After confirming our reservation, she wasn’t there when we arrived. She said she’d be back in 30 minutes, but made us wait an hour and a half. That was completely disrespectful. I wanted to leave, but my partner decided to wait.
