The apartment’s location and ocean view were good, but the place needs renovating. I booked online and got a small unit in the complex, with a roomy main bedroom, a smaller second bedroom, a dining table for four, and a sofa bed. The kitchen worked fine despite being small. The bathroom was a little unpleasant.

The view and location were nice, but the condition of the room was really poor. The bathroom smelled of feces the entire time, and it was dirty when we arrived, so we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Stains were everywhere: on the sofas and other furniture, the bed and sheets, and the floor. Thankfully we’d brought our own sheets. The parquet was loose too. The photos look photoshopped or like they were taken when the place was new. The view doesn’t make up for it. I don’t recommend staying here under any circumstances. That’s an objective assessment, not just a personal opinion, but anyone willing to take the risk can go ahead.

The photos show a sea-view apartment across the street, not this one. Here the building is unfinished and the furniture is completely different. It’s a scam, a dump. What a lie!
