ALOHAS Hostel

Karen was really accommodating and nice. The room wasn't very big, as expected, but it was reasonably priced compared with the one we had. The place is convenient, right across from the MTR, with lots of shops nearby. A good choice if you're after an affordable room. They provide toiletries in every room, so you have what you need. I'm planning another trip and would book with her again.

We picked this place for the location and competitive price, but in Hong Kong it's hard to find somewhere both good and affordable. As others have said, this is basically a passable place to sleep. At least there were no bed bugs, but it wasn't especially clean and looked pretty run down. It calls itself a hostel, but there was no atmosphere at all. I barely saw any other guests, just one family.

It's enough for sleeping and showering if, like me, you're out exploring from morning until late at night. The room is very small, as expected and as with most places in Hong Kong, but for the price it's very worthwhile. The location is excellent and the service very good. I only saw the receptionist once at check-in, but replies on WhatsApp or Line were quick. They leave little freebies like cookies and stickers at reception. Just don't expect too much.

The owner was kind, and I could feel her compassion. The location was great, the water pressure was good, and the price was very reasonable. They rent plug adapters, which was really helpful. The room was clean and had enough space for a solo traveler. Thank you so much.
