The bed was comfortable, and the place was adequate for what I needed, though the walls are thin. They explain when you book that towels and an adapter are available to rent. There can be toilet issues because you’re near the water, so flush with the bottled water they provide.

Fuji Hostel’s private room is hard to beat at this price. The location is great, especially with the MTR so close. The private rooms are a bit away from the check-in desk, and of course you don’t get all the amenities you’d have at a hotel.

It felt safe, and the area was good, with a 24h store nearby. The room and toilet were clean, and the staff were friendly.
