We were on the 10th floor in room 43 for five nights, with reception on the 3rd floor. The whole flat smelled of cigarette smoke when we walked in, and I don't think people should be allowed to smoke inside. They changed the towels and took out the garbage every day. They provided a dental kit, but didn't refill the body wash, which was empty from the day we arrived until we left. The room, bed and bathroom were all small, but that was fine with me. I had no problem with it since I got what I paid for.

The guesthouse is very cheap and close to downtown, and the manager was kind. The room was cold, clean enough though not perfect, and there was free Wi-Fi and free water, which matters. But the building it sits in was very dirty and horrible. I stayed on May 29, and it was very close to the center of Thim Sha Tsui. If you want a cheap guesthouse near downtown, you must stay here!

The rooms are quite small, but the place is good. It's in the city centre, close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, with lots of food nearby if you want to eat out. There's also a mini market and a shopping mall.
