Disgusting place, there were cockroaches in the room and no bedsheets on the bed. Don’t go, however cheap it is.

Amine at reception was really nice and helped us with several things, including getting money and installing an octopus card. I’m very thankful. The location is nice and the price is great. You share rooms, so bring earplugs. The capsule beds are convenient, but they weren’t very comfortable. If you have trouble sleeping, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was surprised by how clean it was. The biggest problem was the other people staying at the hostel. I wish there were enforced quiet hours, since everyone was so loud and we were up until 2 am most nights.

I never managed to check in, which may have been lucky in the end, but I was still charged $120 HKD for a bed in a shared dorm. I got conflicting cutoff times that same day: midnight, 11:45, and 11:30. On Saturday night I couldn't find the hotel, and there were drunk people shouting nearby. As an exhausted woman traveling alone, I got scared and got back in the taxi to look for somewhere else. At 12:30 am another hotel told me its check-in closed at 1 am, then sent several messages asking whether I wanted videos of them. No thanks.

The place was nice, but the Moroccan receptionist is what made the stay for me. He was so welcoming and friendly, helped me out, and had suggestions for places to eat and things to see. Three stars.
