The price makes this a five-star stay for me. It’s in the city center, and unlike the things I’d heard about the mansions in Tsim Sha Tsui, this one is nicer. The room is small, so it may not suit people who want somewhere fancy or are picky, but it’s worth the price. The customer service is great too.

Jordan Comfort Inn works well for a long holiday stay on a limited budget. It’s close to public transport and shopping centers, with food easy to find nearby. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The one thing that could use improvement is the bathroom drainage.

The location couldn’t be much easier, just across from Jordan Station gate B1. My twin room was pretty small, about 2.5 x 4 mtr, but both it and the bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable, the water heater worked well, and the AC got cold. The sheets kept us warm even in 10 degrees weather. There was a TV, hairdryer, electric stove, fridge and water galon outside the room. The lady and cleaning service were kind, though the cleaner couldn’t speak english. Had a really lovely stay, and I’ll definitely come back 😊

For the location, the price is great, and the rooms are clean, decent, and looked after. Check-in and check-out were easy. If you get there early, you can leave your luggage in the corridor and they’ll bring it in. Good value for what you pay.

I paid about 340 USD for four nights at Jordan Comfort Inn, booked through Agoda from April 30 to May 4. My first night in room 207C was fine, but the stay quickly became stressful. On the second day, I found a large cockroach under my pillow when I got back in the late afternoon. I called the manager around 8 PM; she came, killed it, and said she’d change the bedsheets. At about 11 PM, another cockroach turned up in the bathroom. I sent her a photo and asked to move rooms, but she said none were available and gave me insect spray to use myself. I spent the night worried there might be more in my things or bedding. On May 2, I was moved to room 11 on the 9th floor. It seemed fine at first, but after I returned from a day out on May 3, I found more cockroaches in both the bathroom and bedroom. Two of the four nights were seriously affected by repeated infestations, even after the room change. This points to a systemic hygiene problem. Given the unacceptable conditions over multiple nights,
