The location is great, right on the main road, and the Wi-Fi worked. They also provided free bottled water. But the room was extremely cramped, and the bathroom felt makeshift, with a shower across the whole area and doors that wouldn't shut properly. After checking out, I realized I'd left my jacket behind and contacted them straight away. I said I could return the next day, but they said they'd only keep it for two hours. That felt rigid and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you don't mind the lack of comfort or customer service.

The location is lovely, but I'd steer clear of this place. The room barely had space for a small suitcase, and the bed felt as hard as cardboard. We upgraded and were surprised to find the room and bed dirty, with hair and dust on the bed. The ceiling was peeling, and the musty smell made us sneeze at least ten times in just a few minutes. Anyone with allergies should take note. We asked for a refund three times because we didn't want to stay, but the boss didn't approve it. The photos are heavily edited, so don't trust them. The listing said reception was open late, yet we were rushed to check in before 8 pm because the person had to go home. For that price, you could get at least a three-star hotel.

Naruto Inn is on the fourth floor. There's just one elevator for the whole building, but the signs make it easy to find the rooms. It's not fancy, though the price and location are good value. Turn on the hot water heater at least 15 minutes before showering.

A small, clean inn that won't break the budget. It has the basics you need, including hot and cold water in the shower, air conditioning, a TV, and towels. That's really enough if you're visiting HK.

The rooms were clean and the service was good, with fast Wi-Fi and all the facilities, including the new power adapter plug. It looks nice and feels comfortable as soon as you walk in. Really recommend it.
