As a quarantine hotel, the room was alright, but the food was bad and I wasn't allowed to order anything from outside. There wasn't enough bottled water either. The chlorine disinfectant solution had corroded the metal parts in the room. Nobody spoke English, and the instructions were all in Chinese, which made things hard. The quarantine WeChat group wasn't much use since all the information there was in Chinese too.

The prices are good and it's a great hotel! Only a few staff members speak English, but they use a translator and it works like a charm.

The hotel itself is nice, but 465 felt a bit high for quarantine. Breakfast's soy milk was sour and clumpy. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done. At lunch, the chicken leg had only bones left, maybe the chef ate the meat? What happened after that?

The rooms and bathrooms are roomy, and everything was very clean. For exploring Shanghai, the location near Stadion metro station is ideal. The price, value for money, and service were excellent too. 👍
