The town is lovely and centrally located, but the rooms have no windows.

We stayed one night to sleep before continuing our trip, and it did the job. The room was clean and fine, with good air conditioning, but there was no hot water. It's a simple hotel, and if more than one car is parked, you have to leave your key in the parking lot.

We arrived after booking, and the room they gave us, described as an “apartment,” was really a commercial space with beds and a strong smell of uncleanliness. The service was the most outrageous part. After a long trip, we wanted to rest, but this place has no idea what good service is. How sad 😞. DO NOT COME HERE. Aguachica has better hotel services that deserve an excellent rating.

It's been remodeled and is clean, and the service is very good. I can bring my furry baby, so it's still one of my favorite places to stay in Aguachica.

The shower flooded, and the Wi-Fi looked connected but wouldn't load anything. Then around 1:30 a.m. we heard a noise and found a mouse darting under the door. We blocked it with a towel, but it came back and ate some of our groceries. We finally got it out around 3 a.m.; we got no sleep and had to throw the food away. A horrible night and a horrible hotel.
