Small rooms, but they were clean and neat. The shower was good, and the Wi-Fi worked well.

The front desk service was great, and the hotel has what you need for a decent stay. The rooms are comfortable, and its location makes it easy to get around the area. Food was good enough, but the restaurant service, especially at lunch, was quite different from reception. I'd come back to sleep here, though.

WARNING, BED BUGS! I was in room 1060 first, then moved to 1058 on the second night after finding the hair dryer didn't work. Both rooms were awful. The beds are rock hard, just a 4cm mattress pad over a foundation, and I've had back and shoulder pain after both nights. The rooms smell musty, and the bathrooms have a mold-like stink. I'm thinking about spending my third night at the hotel next door. Breakfast was terrible and cost 28 mil pesos per person. The fruit was warm, as were the poor-quality cheese and meats because they were beside a heating element. I think the “turkey” was bologna. The powdered eggs were gross, and even the juice was bad. For comparison, groceries we bought for a week in Arboletes cost 214 mil pesos, while breakfast for us cost 56 mil pesos. Way overpriced for such bad food. There were two good things: hot water with decent shower pressure, and 24 hour check-in, which mattered because our bus arrived at 4:15am. That still isn't enough to make me stay here again when I return to Apartadó with my girlfriend to see her family. Edit: DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It's my last day and I can't wait to leave. Yesterday my girlfriend woke with small bites on her chin and neck, which we thought were mosquito bites. Today I woke up with bites on my side and the back of my upper thigh. This hotel has bed bugs! See picture.

It's a no-frills hotel, but it offers more than the basics. The building is well put together, the place is comfortable and quiet, and there's plenty of parking. Lots of ATMs are nearby, and it's close to one of the town's main shopping centers. Hands down the best hotel in the region.
