The receptionist was really caring and helped carry all our things up to the room. The hospitality was great, and I'd recommend the hotel and come back. Our room had a good view and was nicely decorated and very clean. Both beds were firm but comfortable. There were plugs in all the useful places, including spots I hadn't expected to need. The bathroom was spacious, with a huge shower and all the essentials.

Our church group with Filters of Hope stayed here while on mission. The staff were wonderful and friendly throughout, and the area felt very safe for its location. Bless you, HAG team!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was quite nice. The hotel is very clean, which is why I gave it three stars, but it's also really dated and the rooms need renovation. The drapes had holes in them. We paid $$$ dollars because we were in town for the Carnival and wanted to be closer to the route. The place must have been grand when it first opened, but the rooms have been left to deteriorate over time.

The location is excellent, the neighborhood felt safe, and the room was comfortable. Still, my experience with the service wasn't good enough. I waited an hour for my room, then they forgot to give me a key. Later, someone came into my room to retrieve something that belonged in another room. Maybe it was an isolated mishap, but that's what happened to me.
