The location is central and really convenient, and breakfast delivered to the room was fantastic. The service was excellent, and I recommend it for the value. One thing bothered me: the entrance bell is quite loud when guests arrive early in the morning. If you're a light sleeper, it could wake you up early or more than once during the night.

I booked the rooms 15 days ahead. A week before the stay, the hotel messaged to cancel, saying the price had been different. Keeping the rooms would have cost almost three times what I originally booked. When I complained, they told us to cancel through Booking.com, which we had to do to avoid extra charges. It was a very negative experience. The hotel seemed completely disorganized, didn't honor the prices posted on its website, and left us feeling seriously disadvantaged as guests.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I liked having a workspace. The service was great. Thanks very much.

We loved the stay and would come back. The room size was fantastic, and the location was amazing, close to everything we needed. The facilities were great, and the staff were helpful.

The service is excellent, and parking is available. This is a new hotel in a quiet spot, close to the Buenavista shopping center. It currently has eight spacious rooms on the second floor, with comfortable mattresses and Netflix access.
