Ayenda 1027 Feria Real

The room was tidy and clean, and the owner was so kind that he made breakfast early for me because I had errands in the morning. My only issue was the street-facing window. Music and bar noise nearby kept me awake until 5 a.m. or even later. I'd suggest asking for a room inside the hotel, away from the street. Apart from that, everything was great.

The gentleman who welcomed us gave excellent service, and my partner and I appreciated that. Still, the hygiene problems were a total failure for us. We found something unpleasant on top of a blanket in the closet, and won't say what it was out of respect for him. The bathroom walls also had some stains and dirt, and the shower never got hot. For the price, that was a bad surprise. It's a shame, since we always look for comfort and good service.

The owners' service was wonderful, and the hotel is in a very good location. Our stay included an American-style breakfast, a toiletries kit, and two bottles of water. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Excellent hotel!

The reception staff were friendly, but it didn't feel like good value for the money. The area is unpleasant and noisy, so it was hard to get any rest. It's close to the city center and the stadium, though the location still isn't great. The bigger problem is the neighborhood itself, so I don't think there's much the hotel could do to improve it.
