There are great running and training facilities in the park next to the hotel, and the pool on the roof is surprisingly long. Inside, it's clean and well kept, with a nice interior, helpful staff, and a good breakfast. It's not the most personal or distinctive hotel, but having nothing to complain about counts for something. I really liked it.

I was very happy with my choice. The rooftop pool was a nice way to recharge, and breakfast had fruit and an omelette station, with coffee and refills brought around regularly. There's also a Starbucks on site. A lively stretch of restaurants and bars is just a 5-10 minute walk away. I arrived at 5am after a trans-Atlantic flight, and reception was ready for me. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom and a useful safe.

A really nice place, with quiet, clean, comfortable rooms that felt spacious. We had a free late checkout until 3pm, and although the receptionist mixed it up and his colleague thought we'd forgotten to leave, they didn't make a fuss. The taxi drop-off is a problem, though. There's nowhere to stop and unload, so you have to do it on the main road.

Work trips here could last for weeks, and the friendly staff always made them feel good. They lent me bicycles, and the bicisenda was a great spot. I also loved the food, and the soap, shampoo and conditioner were my favorite brand.

The staff were upbeat and always willing to help, even with the language gap between Colombian/Spanish and English. Google Translate made it easy to work things out. The hotel is in a handy spot, with a park, supermarket, grocery stores and shopping centre all about 10-15 minutes away on foot. The food is good, especially the breakfast buffet, and I'd recommend staying here for a holiday.
