The room was modern, nicely equipped and consistently spotless, with a fantastic bathroom. Housekeeping responded quickly whenever we asked. We also had great views over the city and mountains. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast, especially, was excellent, and the other food was very good too. I enjoyed the spa, where massages were high quality at reasonable prices. The hotel is handy for the airport and many sights. We reached most places we visited with a short, affordable Uber ride. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it.

I used 35k per night for a three night stay, and I'm a Diamond member. The staff were warm and great with us from arrival through departure, making this one of my favorite hotel stays. The fresh buffet food was very good. The spa is a must, and the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, as were the gym and sauna. I'd highly recommend it if you're considering a stay.

As a Diamond member, I felt appreciated here. Staff members greeted me personally each day, and the customer service was the best I've experienced. The property was in amazing shape and well maintained. My room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned.

The Executive Diamond Lounge on the 4th floor was one of my favorite spots. It was private and comfortable for a light meal, a drink, a short work session, or just taking in the city view. Luisa and the other lounge staff made every visit welcoming. Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout the hotel, which mattered for my remote work, and breakfast had plenty of choices for different diets. Even with the busy morning service, the team handled it gracefully. José and Jackson were excellent during dinner, and the bar teams on the 1st and 4th floors were just as good. Hotel security was visible and professional in the evenings. I didn't get to use the gym or pool this time, but they're on my list for another visit. My business partner and I stayed at Hilton Bogotá Corferias in early October 2025 for the ProFlora Flower Expo. Before we arrived, Fernando and Liliana coordinated airport pickup and drop-off efficiently and kept in touch. Daniela gave us a warm welcome at the front desk, made check-in easy, and explained the amenities clearly. Diego helped with our bags and walked us through the Presidential Suite on the 16th floor, explaining it thoroughly. The suite had lovely city views and plenty of room to work and relax, with a large family living room, meeting areas, an office, wet bar and well equipped bedroom. It also had several bathrooms, lots of closet space, a safe and connecting room options on both sides, so it would work well for hosting guests or business meetings. The TVs didn't have smartphone streaming, though, and the curtains weren't remote controlled, both things that could be improved. I appreciated the bottled water and cake treats left in the dining area. Thanks to the concierge team for that thoughtful welcome. Nelly, our housekeeper, cleaned the suite promptly each morning and was always kind, with a warm smile. The person who made the stay especially memorable was Juan, the Hilton VIP Concierge Ambassador. He sent personal messages, followed up carefully, and helped with restaurant suggestions and bookings. One evening he arranged a surprise room service delivery to my colleague's suite, and another time he helped me book dinner in the city. His care, professionalism and dedication to guests are outstanding. As a seasoned Diamond Hilton Honors member who travels around the world, I consider Juan one of the best in his field. His hospitality and eye for detail point to a bright future, perhaps in a Hilton leadership role such as General Manager or Regional Executive. The Presidential Suite was a peaceful, productive place to stay. I felt like family throughout the hotel, and I appreciate how everyone looked after my business partner and me. Thanks to the General Manager and Executive Team for a memorable stay.
