The staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel has a lovely rustic interior in a good location. Still, getting dropped off by Uber means walking another two minutes to the hotel. The rooms also have no heating, and you can hear everything through the walls. The shower water was only lukewarm for about two minutes, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to stay warm and have a hot shower. Be sure to ask for a receipt for any extra services. We had laundry done, and they said they charged per item, though there was no proof, then charged us an exorbitant 350,000 pesos for five bags of clothes. They wanted 100,000 in cash and the rest by card. When we asked for a receipt, they didn’t have one and gave the cash back, saying we’d get a discount. It was okay overall, but I don’t recommend it.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic and tasty. My room was a good size with a nice bed, and the hotel is beautifully decorated. It’s right in Bogota’s historic center, within walking distance of the museums and attractions. A great place whether you’re there for work or pleasure. I’d definitely come back and fully recommend it.

Being right by the university made the hotel feel very safe, and it was an easy walk to different places in La Candelaria and the Monseratte cable car. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the hot chocolate at breakfast since I don’t drink coffee. The eggs were very good, too, though after several nights I wished there had been more breakfast choices than eggs and toast.

The rooms were a little tight for two, but we didn’t mind since we spent most of our time out exploring. The hotel was brand new, so everything was clean and nice. The location was perfect for our visit to Bogota, we walked everywhere, and the staff were amazing and incredibly helpful.

Clean, tidy, and well priced, with a central location near some nice cafes and restaurants. I can’t recommend this place enough.
