Hotel Saron

The beds made it impossible for me to sleep. The mattress was too hard and the pillows too high, and I woke up with neck and back pain. They also don't serve breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The reception service was terrible, with an unfriendly, unwelcoming attitude from the moment I arrived. The receptionists were not helpful at all.

We had a terrible stay and left for our own safety. I arrived at 11 p.m. on the first of our two booked nights, and my girlfriend was supposed to arrive at 7 a.m. the next morning. Even though I'd told the staff she was registered, they wouldn't let her inside or help her when she arrived. She was left waiting outside, where someone on a motorcycle stole her cell phone right at the entrance. The security cameras recorded what happened, including the motorcycle's license plate. We asked for a copy of the footage to make a police report, but the hotel flatly refused, saying there was a "lack of authorization." The receptionist offered no help and only said, "this area is dangerous, and this happens frequently." That raises serious concerns about the staff's commitment and the security there. We asked for a refund for the unused second night, but they refused. They then said we could use it on another date. When we tried, they just told us there was no availability. There was no empathy, cooperation, or sense of responsibility, and the hotel doesn't protect or support its guests in emergencies. I absolutely don't recommend it.

The price felt really fair for such a lovely hotel. The location was good too, and the service was a full 10/10.

The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the service was very good.
