We had a comfortable, quiet room, and the staff made our stay special. Arturo, Ruth, and Reinaldo went out of their way to help, and Mitchell was so friendly and gave us excellent suggestions for local restaurants. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices, especially when it was served on the rooftop with its views of Bucaramanga. On arrival, they served a delicious chilled herbal tea that I could have kept drinking. The entrance was elegant and grand, like a luxury five-star hotel. We loved it and will definitely stay at the Hotel Dann Carlton in Bucaramanga again.

The rooms feel a little old now, though everything else was great. Service was great, and breakfast on the rooftop was really nice. It was probably a five-star hotel when it was first built.

We had a great stay and the staff were great, but I couldn’t get back a little over one hundred dollars in small bills that I left in one of the rooms. It’s sad that I couldn’t recover even a couple of dollars. I can’t imagine what might have happened if I’d left something more valuable.

I was passing through and stayed one night, and really enjoyed it. The rooftop restaurant had good food options, the breakfast was excellent, and the pool was relaxing with great views.

The staff are very kind, and I really enjoyed the spa. The amenities are great, with a gorgeous pool and rooftop restaurant. Hotel Dann Carlton was amazing to stay at, and I’d come back.
