My five days at Sonesta Hotel Cali were one of the highlights of my trip to Cali. I had a spacious suite that was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a bed that suited me perfectly. I especially liked unwinding in the warm jacuzzi each evening. Breakfast was included, and there was a good range of food. As a vegan, I was glad to have plenty of fruit and a great salad selection. It left me feeling satisfied and energized each morning. The staff made a lovely first impression with genuine smiles, and they were quick and happy to help whenever I needed anything. Carlos Mario Duarte leños was especially outstanding, polite, patient, and consistently helpful. He greeted me by name whenever he saw me, which made me feel cared for. I also used the treadmill and free weights in the gym, which had more than enough for my needs. The steam room with eucalyptus leaves was a lovely touch, and I enjoyed it on three nights. The hotel is beautiful and very good value. Congratulations to the Sonesta team, job very well done. ❤️

The staff were excellent. The place we stayed in had a bedroom, a separate living room, and one and a half bathrooms. It cost extra, but was well worth it. This is the only hotel I’ll stay at.

The hotel itself is fine, clean, and well maintained. You can walk around this part of Cali, but be careful since the area doesn't feel very safe.
