It's super close to the main road and the exit to Bogotá. We arrived at midnight and check-in was no problem. The room was very clean and organized.

We were left waiting in the rain, and they practically kicked us out. The main hotel door stayed locked, so every time we needed to go in or out, we had to find the person with the keys. The service was terrible. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel.

Terrible customer service. I called to ask room prices for five people, and the woman who answered rudely said, "If you called to get a quote, I don't have time," then hung up.

The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Absolutely excellent in every way.

The woman is incredibly rude and doesn't care at all about helping anyone.
