Our Mission Organization has used Alto Amazonas for a couple of years while bringing teams from the states, from as few as 4 people to as many as 24. The facilities are very clean, the beds comfortable, and the amenities better than we expected. Angel & Deuza are wonderful owners who will drop everything to help, whatever the time of day or night. Nancy & David and the rest of the hotel staff are amazing, kind, helpful, and always accommodating with wonderful attitudes. The hotel wi-do is great, the food is amazing, and the airport shuttle has always been on time, no matter how large our group is. We'd recommend this place 10/10 for a night, two weeks, or longer. Every time you visit Leticia, you'll make it your new destination vacation spot!

The personnel are great and very accommodating, and the hotel feels safe. It's a boutique hotel and a good choice for guests looking for a place that doesn't break the bank. I'd recommend it.

The hosts were the best part. They went out of their way to take care of everything we needed and wanted while the six of us stayed here at the end of our trip down the Amazon. The hotel is near the airport, which was convenient, and the ride into town wasn't too bad. After a week of heat, the pool was refreshing. I can't recommend it highly enough, and I'll stay here again.

The owners were great, and we felt really comfortable during our four days here. The rooms were clean, breakfast was included, which I appreciated, and the Wi-Fi wasn't bad either. A wonderful hotel.

The couple running the place are nice, and the on-site food is good enough to save you the bus fare into town and back. The hotel is far from town, which we hadn't really accounted for, but buses come by often and aren't too expensive.
