What makes the stay here even better is how warmly the staff treat you. They’re friendly and never distant, and you can feel the care that goes into the place. Manizales itself is an amazing experience. I’d recommend staying here if you want comfort and positive energy.
10/10
It’s a nice place with a great atmosphere, free Wi-Fi, hot water, and service around the clock. 10/10. The street gets very loud at night, though, and that’s the one downside.
6/10
The location is very central, and everything else was spectacular for me. The TV service could use some improvement, but it’s a good hotel to stay in.
10/10
A really nice hotel.
2/10
We told management about the cockroaches, and they said we could go somewhere else if we wanted. It was a terrible experience.
