Breakfast was a typical one, and it was really good. The hotel itself was okay, but the price felt high for what you get. The windows are so thin that you can hear the bar next door until 3am. There was no warm water, and the amenities were too basic.
6/10
The staff were nice and breakfast was good, but the rooms are very small and the floors need some work. Wi-Fi kept cutting out, so I had to go downstairs several times to get online.
10/10
The breakfast was delicious and included for a small price. I also appreciated the sustainable practices once in the rooms. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful.
8/10
Breakfast came with the room, and there was plenty of it: eggs, arepa, bread, juice, and hot chocolate. The staff at Hotel Portal De Milan gave my wife and me such good service that we were amazed, especially since we didn't know what to expect from the hospitality industry in Colombia. The room and the building were both well kept. We'd definitely recommend this place in the magestic city of Manizales, and hope to come back soon.

Simple, clean, and in a good location. A great little hotel!
