The day staff barely paid attention and came across like robots. The rooms, though, are new and clean, just on the small side.

A heads-up if accessibility matters: there’s no wheelchair access, and the hotel is on the second and third floors, up some very large stairs. It can also be noisy both day and night. On the plus side, you’re near parks, metro stations, drugstores, supermarkets, and plenty of other things you might need. The staff were kind and kept trying to help. Having reception open 24/7 was handy, and when we had a ticket problem, one of the women at the desk even lent us her own phone to call the airline. The A/C and hot water were great too.

We’ve travelled for four months, stayed in dorms and slept by loud streets, but this was something else. The hotel is next to a bar/disco, and it was so loud Google could identify the songs from our phone. We couldn’t sleep at all. After we asked in the morning to switch hotels, they didn’t seem to care or show any interest in refunding even a little money. We left anyway, despite losing the money. That cost us half a day of travel, a lot of money, a whole night, and plenty of nerves. Night service wasn’t helpful either. We definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want any sleep. So disappointing :(

Manuela was an amazing receptionist and helped me so much. The staff are wonderful, and the rooms had everything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay here.
