Breakfast at the café around the corner was enough for us, especially with the fresh juice changing each day, though it isn’t a big buffet with lots of choices. We enjoyed walking through the residential streets and along the river path to Laureles for cafés and restaurants, or toward the area by the football stadium. The building is beautifully designed, the rooms are lovely, and the neighborhood is quiet. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soap and shampoo smelled amazing.

Yohannis at reception was always so welcoming and warm. We liked having breakfast each morning at the nearby café, and our room was very clean with a lovely city view. Firenze Lofts is in a calmer part of Medellin, about a 10-minute walk from the metro, which made it easy to get around the city. It was our first visit to Medellin, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our family suite had a wonderful view and amenities that suited us well, and the location made it easy to get around. Ana, the housekeeper, was awesome. Whenever we asked, she cleaned the room and left it immaculate. The experience was fantastic from the entrance to the room. I’d come back 100%.

The clothes cleaning service was so good, and I loved being able to order food at the table and eat it right in the room. Such a nice place. Recommend!

Calm and quiet, with a nice view. The apartment was very spacious and had the basic necessities. Good value for the price.
