History Center Hotel

Everything was recently renovated, very clean, and comfortable, and the service was amazing. The staff were all kind and helpful. I don’t speak Spanish, but they were patient and used Google translate with me.

The rooms were very comfortable, and everyone was so nice and polite. The staff and front desk were especially helpful. A very nice hotel.

It wasn’t especially luxurious, but the room I booked just for myself was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely return. The staff were very attentive, especially Doña Yadira, who cleans and makes breakfast. She’s so kind and friendly.

Breakfast took a long time and there wasn’t enough of it. Cleanliness was poor too. It looked like our sheets hadn’t been changed, and there were still toenails on them. Disgusting. They did change the bedding quickly after I complained, but the first impression was awful. The room was damp and had no window. The building felt more like a garage, with cars parked right in front of the rooms and maneuvering around at all hours, which was extremely loud and disruptive. We could hear neighbors, and every sound from reception carried into the rooms. In the evenings, a young man at reception played YouTube and Instagram videos loudly without headphones. He didn’t stop when asked and responded rudely. That was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
