I paid for my reservation in November 2022, then arrived on January 3rd. They didn’t call me that day, just sent a WhatsApp saying I had to leave the hotel, with an excuse nobody would believe. It showed a real lack of seriousness, customer care, and professionalism, and felt completely disrespectful to guests. I hope people think twice before choosing this hotel, so they don’t get an unpleasant surprise that ruins their trip or vacation. Luckily, I found another hotel that was much nicer and had excellent service. It’s a shame that places like Brugmansia still exist. They’re a disgrace to the people of Quindío.

We were only there for a coffee tour, so I can’t speak to the hotel itself. The staff were super friendly, but that had nothing to do with the tour. There’s still plenty of room to improve. It was supposed to last 3.5 hours, but barely reached 2, and half that time was spent on things other than coffee.

Everyone at the farm was unbeatable for their attention and friendliness, and the rooms were super comfortable and clean. The setting is a special natural spot to get away from your routine, while still being well placed for reaching the #CoffeePark and nearby tourist sites. Excellent service. #brugmansiafinca, #coffee, #coffeeregion, #coffeeregionhotel, #armenia, #Montenegro, #Quindío

When I got there, Mr. Jorge said the apartment had a problem and moved me to the Brugmansia Hotel. The reception looked completely abandoned and nothing like the property. The room was very low quality, with a filthy, ugly kitchen and wet areas, no Wi-Fi or TV, and no hot water on the first day. It was awful. I’m not even sure the apartments existed.

The food was hard to beat, and the hotel itself is lovely, thoughtfully designed for relaxing. The comfort here is spectacular. I highly recommend it.
