For 150,000 pesos for two adults and a child, we got a whole apartment for about the cost of a hotel room. It has two bedrooms, a living-dining room, a full kitchen with a refrigerator and washing machine, and a bathroom. That made it more convenient than several nearby hotels, where you pay more for less. The location was a real plus, right across from a restaurant I’d recommend and just a short walk from the city’s shopping center. It’s a practical and comfortable choice, whether you’re staying briefly or want the independence of an apartment at an affordable rate.

There’s no elevator, though the building is only three floors. The two bedroom air conditioners somehow kept the whole place cool. There are supermarkets, shops, and plenty of restaurants nearby, and I’d stay here again. A few things have worn down over the years, but none made the stay bad. The location is very good, and there’s private parking. It’s equipped well enough for one night or even a month.

The apartments were new, finished in early 2022, and fully equipped. The bedrooms have air conditioning and big TVs, though the living room gets really hot during the day, which is Montería for you. The staff are attentive, and Tom, the kitten who’s the building’s mascot, is lovely.
