The Colombian breakfasts were delicious and included, and I also had lunch there on some days, which was really good. One evening we had a family celebration, and the chef, Jhon, the waitress, and the rest were punctual with dinner. The food was delicious, and we had a lovely time together. I didn’t use the pool or The sauna, so I can’t comment on those. The hotel isn’t five-star, but the people working there deserve five stars for being so friendly and professional. They were always smiling. The waitresses Jessica and Katherine, I think those were their names, were especially sweet. Service was fast, warm, and friendly. Good experience 👍🏼

The staff were great, and being close to the airport was handy. The pool was nice, though it and the sauna shut at 7 PM. Breakfast was free but didn't start until 7 AM. There was no air conditioning or fridge in the room, and the oscillating fan was broken.

The main issue for me was that there was no hot water. The air conditioning also didn't work in either of the two rooms, and the room on the bottom floor was small.
