The location is good, but cleanliness needs work, particularly the towels and toilets.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and the price was very reasonable. What stood out most was the genuinely delightful service. The person who helped us clearly cared about making sure guests had a good experience.

Everything was super clean, and the staff were attentive and ready to help. Excellent service, I highly recommend staying here.

8/10
Ricardo was exceptionally polite and helpful with customer service. Another employee, though, was irritating and gave very poor service, so I hope Ricardo can help them improve. My off-season rate was 60,000 pesos per night. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Since it’s downtown, everything you need is nearby. I had a good stay and recommend the hotel.
