The rooms were so cramped that we had to shuffle around the two beds, and the building just doesn’t seem suited to being a hotel. Sounds carry everywhere from the hall: we were woken by the neighbors using the toilet and could hear people snoring. We didn’t enjoy the stay and were glad to leave. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, the Wi-Fi was decent, and the shower was hot.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, though basic, and the internet was good with hot showers. Staff were very helpful, even letting me park my big motorcycle in the dining area overnight.

Cute and spotless hotel, but every room faces an enclosed courtyard, and it gets noisy. Bring earplugs.

Arcada Payanesa hotel felt quite new when we visited Popayán. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. Parking is available 24/7 two blocks away, and the location is superb.

We arrived as a large group and all showered around the same time. The water kept switching hot and cold. Not fun.
