I've stayed here as a loyal customer, and they've recently made some improvements to the rooms. I had a very comfortable superior room with a Smart TV, and the parking was spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly, everything was very clean, and breakfast was delicious. I really loved the experience and think the hotel offers excellent value for money.

The hot water especially needs to improve. The place could be much better.

It's awful. The service is terrible, and everyone from the cleaning staff to reception is rude. The rooms aren't cleaned properly, and they get offended when you ask for a discount.

The place is a bit small, but it's centrally located with everything you need nearby.

The service, rooms, and breakfast were excellent. If you're in Popayán and want good hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. Thanks for the warm welcome.
