The room was comfortable, and the location was good. The staff were extremely friendly, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and worked well. They also had complimentary coffee and other refreshments :)

It's in a good location and very clean, but there was no hot water or Wi-Fi. The room door was damaged, and they didn't provide blankets. For one night, it was expensive.

The service was awful. I booked through Booking.com, but they didn't honor the reservation. They had collected all my information to make the booking, then canceled without warning and didn't even email me. A family traveling for a special event shouldn't be left in the lurch like that. We had a 5-year-old girl, an elderly woman with a disability, and a small dog with us, and they showed no concern. They also refused to take responsibility and blamed Booking.com. The staff member was terrible, and the receptionist was incredibly arrogant. One employee's poor service can do real damage to a company.
