The photos don’t reflect what’s actually there. The pool was more like a tank and completely filthy, and the manager offered no solution. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, the windows terribly dirty, and the cost was excessive for the quality. The bathrooms shown in the photos weren’t the same as the cabin bathrooms. One of the “rooms” was just four pieces of false wall, with no bathroom, uncomfortable mattresses, and questionable hygiene.
The manager said she couldn’t do anything, so we were left without a solution. We’d booked the place for my family for two nights, but the room was so bad we stayed just one. In the quadruple room, there was a cockroach nest, and large spiders were all over the Styrofoam ceiling. The door wouldn’t close either.
We ended up canceling the rest of our stay and finding another hotel. Room 3 had cockroaches and spiders, the door wouldn’t shut, and they offered no fix. We had to crowd into the other rooms. Terrible service.
For a cabin meant for 12, the furnishings only covered 6, and the linens and furniture were in poor shape. The door is difficult to open and close, and there’s no service. It’s a very nice place, but expensive for what you get.
The small cabin is clean and pleasant, and it’s pet friendly. It has what you need to cook if you want to, though the layout is a little awkward since everything is split between different rooms.
