It feels more like a home than a hotel, and the service was good. The avenue running toward Santa Marta or the airport is right outside, and the beach is only a few blocks away.

The staff were friendly and the place was very clean, but the location was a problem for me. Street noise and buses carried on until at least midnight. In 2025, they also charged an extra 5000 pesos for a wristband to use the common areas, which seemed odd.

The lobby and pool have been renovated and look different from the photos here. We stayed in the studio for five, and it was a spectacular experience: it had a kitchen, refrigerator, TV, comfortable beds, and air conditioning. Rodadero Beach is a little over three blocks away. Right next door there’s a D1 supermarket and a Bancolombia branch, with lots of restaurants nearby. Buses to the airport and to the city centre or market pass right by the hotel.

The location makes it easy to take a relaxing break. Rodadero Beach is a five-minute walk away, with boats to places like the Aquarium and Playa Blanca. There’s also a D1 supermarket nearby, and buses for different tourist destinations run along the main road. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious, clean rooms, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. I also liked the hammocks, the little pool, and the common areas. Highly recommended.
