The staff were so nice and helpful, which made this even more upsetting. I couldn’t reach the manager when I tried to report that the bathroom had no shower head or seat, and there was no hot water. Based on other reviews, this seems to happen often. Apart from the friendly staff, this hotel isn’t fit to stay in. There are better options nearby.

The historic center location is perfect, with a museum, cathedral, restaurants, shops, bars, and the beach all close by. It’s very good value for money, and the friendly staff let you leave a few things in the fridge by reception. The room and bathroom were clean, the linen was clean, and rooms are cleaned daily. The air con is very old, but there’s a big, strong ceiling fan that can cool anything. The bed was strangely hard but still comfortable.

The staff are very friendly, but the rooms are pretty small and have no windows. Probably not the place to stay for more than two nights.

For $10 a night, you get a TV and bathroom. English is limited. I left early because I couldn't deal with the missing toilet seat, shower head, and AC that others mentioned. Bye.

The staff are really nice, but the bed is awful and not soft at all. The air con rattled through the whole night. One night was enough for me.
