The location puts Hostal Don José right in the heart of the city, and I loved staying here. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and made me feel at home. My room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was very good. There are hammocks outside the rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and convenient laundry service. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Rosa de Cabal!

The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the hosts were always smiling. We came after a day at the spa thermals and stayed for two nights before our flight. There are hammocks and lots of shared spaces with potential to enjoy. We were the only guests, though, so it felt a little lonely and off. There may not be much to do nearby, and it's not very touristy. If you need a short stop or overnight stay, I definitely recommend it.

We spent three nights at Hostal Don José. The staff were friendly and helpful, and booked us a tour to termales San Vicente, which we really recommend visiting. There are clean, fairly spacious rooms, plus a nice kitchen with tables and lounge areas. Breakfast always came with fresh fruit, eggs, and arepa.

The staff made us feel like part of their family, and helped us get hot springs tickets and arrange transport. They even cooked a delicious Chorizo Santarosano for us. It was an amazing place to stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I was able to get into my room at 11am, which was great. It's a modest but attractive hostal, good value for money, with big rooms and a good bathroom. The staff were wonderful and very friendly.
