The noise made it impossible to rest properly. There was a baby crying, people shouting, and loud weights dropping, apparently from a nearby gym. Guests yelling "vamos, vamos, vamos" added to it through the night. We also had no hot water, so I had to take a cold shower. The first room we were given was dark and full of mould. When I asked to switch, the receptionist said they didn't know because the cleaner hadn't told them, which isn't an acceptable excuse. The five-floor building has no lift, and that wasn't made clear before booking. With all these problems, we stayed just one night.

Reception service was very good, though the breakfast kitchen staff could be friendlier and more attentive. The shared spaces are lovely, but the rooms didn't live up to the beautiful photos. Their kitchenettes are completely inadequate, and room 403 is especially cramped, with a tiny bathroom.

The facilities are neglected and poorly maintained, and the cleanliness really needs work. Service was bad across the board, with poor customer care and rude staff. It doesn't deliver on what it promises, and I wouldn't recommend it.

For the price, the location makes this hotel well worth it. The mattress is in very good shape, the rooms have nice finishes, and there's hot water. The blankets are made for the cold weather, too. I'd stay here again.
