We called close to midnight after our downtown hotel cancelled on us in the middle of the night, and they went out of their way to take us in. The guard stayed late to let us in and open the parking gates. The rooms and bathrooms were cozy and clean, with fresh sheets and towels. We met the owner and his family, who were so helpful and made us feel at home. It's only about five minutes from the airport, and I'd stay here again next time I'm in Costa Rica. Thanks for taking care of us.

The place is simple, but clean and nice, with everything I needed, and it's close to the airport. I arrived late and got a greeting from two of the cutest Rottweilers I've ever met. I was worried about getting an Uber in the morning since I was out of cash for a cab, so I mentioned it to Travis, the owner. He offered to help or drive me to the airport himself if needed. When I left some things behind because I couldn't take them in my carry-on, Travis contacted me right away to check that I hadn't left them by mistake. His daughter was adorable too. All around, a great experience.

Just a few minutes by car from San Jose Airport, this is a lovely boutique hotel with a relaxed, friendly feel. The rooms are large, and the dining patio is cozy. Staff were professional, efficient, and welcoming, and I felt at home. Five stars!

Good value, clean, and close to the airport. If you're leaving in the middle of the night, they'll call ahead to make sure a cab is waiting at the hotel. You can get up and go, with your ride ready for the five-minute trip to the airport. That's awesome.

The whole hotel felt full of light and life, and staying there felt like being at home. Marciel and his wife were incredibly welcoming to my boyfriend and me. The staff were so nice and helpful, and breakfast was fantastico! The affordable Backpack rooms are just right if you're heading to the airport the next day. Pura Vida, I couldn't have asked for anything better.
