Jungle Lodge at Wild Sun Rescue

They’re doing amazing work at the rescue, and the place is fantastic for birding and seeing wildlife. The pool area and view are amazing. Staff are helpful and very friendly, especially Mark. I can’t say enough good things about it, and I’ll definitely be back.

The location in the jungle is amazing, and the pool is just wow. The staff are super kind, think of everything, and help with every request. Rooms are spacious, and they serve a good breakfast in your room. It’s a perfect place to relax and detox from your phone, with amazing little villages around the property. Best money I’ve spent. Staying here also helps support the wildlife rescue and reintroduction project carried out by volunteers.

I truly wish I’d stayed longer. Everything went above and beyond what I expected, from check-in and food service to the room, pool, views, and bartender. I also enjoyed the tour of the wildlife sanctuary and refuge grounds. It’s a quiet, remote place with peaceful beaches nearby, and a great place to visit.

We had a great stay at Wild Sun’s Jungle Lodge. The facilities were clean, the jungle views were stunning, and the pool was refreshing. We saw incredible wildlife, and the staff and volunteers were friendly. Jacqueline was especially welcoming and accommodating. Having a rental car made exploring the area easy. Breakfasts were delicious, and when we could, we stayed for dinner too. The food was amazing and supports their wildlife rescue work. A unique and meaningful experience, highly recommend.
