The owner was easy to reach and helpful, and the unit was clean and really well furnished. Our two-story apartment was comfortable for five, with bunk beds that were a nice bonus for the kids. It's close to the beach, and the secure parking and active security guards made us feel very safe.
We stay here whenever we come to Costa Rica because we love it, and the owner is a wonderful guy. The view is lovely, especially at sunset. Parking isn't far from the apartment, though you do need to climb a few stairs from the lot. Highly recommend it.
For the price, the room and location were just right. Laura, the property owner, was very responsive, and Nelson our driver was so friendly. The only thing that could've improved the stay was a little less rain.
There are 6 pools, but no hot tub. The kitchen has been updated and has everything you need, and the washer and dryer were great. There were lots of towels, and the shower worked well, though the shower caddy needs fixing so it stays on the shower head. The house also has two beach chairs and a few odds and ends for the beach. The beds weren't soft, and I couldn't get the TV cable to work. It could use sugar, salt, and pepper, plus more comfortable living room chairs. The glass coffee table feels flimsy and dangerous for small kids.
Danielle is the best host I've had. She's attentive, professional, and thoughtful about the details, making the stay feel safe, relaxed, and satisfactory. It's a great place for families.
