We only stopped briefly on the way toward La Fortuna, but the food was great and the service lovely. The seating is mostly open air, with a big screen area. They have rooms too. Frogs Heaven is a good nearby activity, just a two-minute drive down the road! 🐸

The bed was memory foam, which I didn't find very comfortable. The room itself was very clean, with hot water and AC. I had a delicious burger at the bar and restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful; their English was limited, but we managed.

I've been traveling for more than three weeks through Costa Rica, including San José, Jacó, Quespo, Manuel Antonio, Zacero, Ciudad Quesada, La Fortuna and Los Chiles, and this was the best food I've had. The owner has years of cooking experience in Europe!

The portions were just right, the food was delicious and the service was perfect. The amenities are beautiful, and the price feels fair for what you get. This place is amazing. 10/10, I'd definitely visit again.

Julio made us feel welcome and looked after us well at this lovely family-run restaurant and guesthouse. The gardens are beautiful, the hummingbirds are friendly and the food is delicious. Highly recommended!
